Tango Diamonds Withdrawal Approved but Money Not Deposited

I requested a withdrawal of my Tango diamonds, and although the app shows it as approved, the money has not been deposited into my bank account. It has been over three business days since the withdrawal via Airwallex, yet there is still no sign of my funds.
If Tango is not going to process my withdrawal, then at the very least, return my diamonds. This is money that I have rightfully earned, and it is unacceptable for it to simply disappear.
This has now happened twice in a row, with withdrawals being marked as successful but never arriving. I expect immediate action from Tango to resolve this issue and ensure that I receive my funds.
