Tailwind Airlines Pre-Ordered Meals Not Provided, Refund Still Pending


On August 10th, I flew with Tailwind Airlines to Sharm El Sheikh. Two days before my journey, I ordered meals for myself and my daughter. However, we were informed on the flight that such a service wasn’t available, and even the flight attendant reported the issue. Despite emailing my complaint, I still haven't received a refund for the meals that were never provided. I’m disappointed with the airline's lack of response and resolution regarding this matter.
