Unable To Access Subscription

I am being repeatedly charged for a Sweetmax service called “Drama reels” that I cannot access and have no way to manage or cancel. The first charge I noticed was on 10/16, and since then I have been charged around $60 in total, with the amounts increasing week by week. The most recent pending transaction I saw was from Sweetmax on my Navy Federal Credit Union account. I have tried to look up contact information for Sweetmax and for the “Drama reels” service but I have not been able to find any email, phone number or website that would allow me to cancel or ask for support. I also have no way to log into any account or access the service, so I am being billed for something I cannot even use. I request that all charges related to the “Drama reels” service from Sweetmax be fully refunded and that any active subscription or recurring payment be cancelled immediately so that no further money is taken from my account.
