Sweetmax Subscription Cancellation Request

I am being repeatedly charged for a SweetMax movie streaming subscription that I do not use anymore and cannot properly manage. SweetMax has been billing me every week since around June 2026. The most recent charge was on 20 September 2026, and each time the amount is around 14.99 USD, as seen in my bank transaction records. When I log in to the SweetMax portal, there is no clear section or option where I can start a subscription cancellation process. I cannot see my subscription history or any button to stop the payments, so I am stuck paying weekly for a service I do not use and cannot control. I request that my SweetMax subscription be cancelled immediately and that all future weekly charges be stopped so that no more money is taken from my account for this unused service.
