Cancel Sweetmax Subscription Immediately

For at least the last six months, Sweetmax has been withdrawing $24.99 from my account every month without my knowledge or consent. My bank even flagged these frequent withdrawals as suspicious activity. I never knowingly signed up for any Sweetmax product or subscription, and I did not authorize any automatic withdrawals. I live in the United States and the only time I encountered Sweetmax was when I was watching a movie; during that process, I was somehow signed up without my knowledge or permission. Despite this, Sweetmax charged me $24.99 repeatedly, and the most recent withdrawal was taken from my account this morning, even after I had cancelled my card. I request that Sweetmax immediately cancels any subscription or account associated with my details, confirms that no further withdrawals will be made from my account, and fully refunds all unauthorized charges that have been taken from me over this period.
