Sweetmax Keeps Charging Every Week Without Consent

78

For several weeks I have been seeing a recurring charge on my bank account from “Sweetmax 1502752” in the amount of $32.99 every week. The first of these charges appeared on my statement on September 14, and they have continued regularly since then. I have never knowingly signed up for a weekly Sweetmax subscription and I have not been able to locate any website, app, or customer panel where I can view or cancel whatever this subscription is. There is no clear information or cancellation option connected to these charges. I contacted my bank about these withdrawals and was advised to first try to resolve the issue directly with the company before they proceed with canceling my card. For this reason, I am reaching out to you. I request that you immediately cancel any subscription or service associated with “Sweetmax 1502752” and stop any further withdrawals, and that you refund all weekly $32.99 charges taken from my account since September 14. I also ask that you inform me in writing about the cancellation and the total amount you will refund.
