SweetMax Film Access Blocked Despite One-Week Subscription
On 19 October 2026, I paid 1 847 FCFA for the service SweetMax-1789313733 in order to watch a film and have access for one week to follow all the series, as mentioned in the purchase message. However, when I try to watch the film, the platform asks me to pay again to continue, instead of granting me the one-week access that was promised at the time of payment. I therefore cannot enjoy the content I already paid for. I kindly ask you to activate my access for the full one-week period as initially indicated when I paid for SweetMax-1789313733, or otherwise to refund the 1 847 FCFA that was debited.
