After subscribing, I wanted to cancel the subscription but could not find any option within the application or my account settings to terminate it. My profile shows that my VIP membership is active, and there is an upcoming weekly renewal, even though I no longer wish to use the service. I have already emailed Sweetdrama support twice and clearly stated that I withdraw my consent for any subscription-related charges. Despite this, I have not received any response, and there is a scheduled charge on 21 October 2026 under the reference SweetMax-1764837055, with a weekly fee of 2.99 euros already taken once. I request the immediate cancellation of my Sweetdrama subscription linked to UID 1764837055 and confirmation that no further payments will be collected from my account. I ask you to process this cancellation urgently before the scheduled renewal date and to send me written confirmation once it is completed.
