FileWorld Charge On My Bank Account For No Reason

I noticed that my debit card was charged 39.95 EUR on 12 August 2026 at Fileworld.co, CH, even though I have never heard of this company, never visited their website to my knowledge and have not knowingly approved any payment or subscription to them. The charge appeared via an SMS notification from my bank stating that my debit card linked to my account was used for 39.95 EUR at Fileworld.co, CH on 12 August 2026 at 12:34 AM. I did not make this transaction and did not share my card information with this company. I only became aware of Fileworld.co when I received this bank notification. I request that this unauthorized transaction be investigated urgently, that any possible subscription or recurring payment related to my card be immediately cancelled, and that the full amount of 39.95 EUR be refunded to me as soon as possible. I also ask for written confirmation that my card details will not be used again without my explicit consent.
