I Never Subscribed to Drama Box but They Took Money From My Card
On my bank card, I noticed a charge from Drama Box dated June 19, 2026, even though I have never ordered or subscribed to any Drama Box product or service. I have no prior relationship with the brand and did not authorize this payment in any way, yet the transaction appears as completed on my account. I tried to resolve the situation but could not find any clear way to contact Drama Box, so I have been unable to reach the company to question or dispute this charge. This has caused both financial and emotional discomfort, as I do not know how or why my card was used. I request that the unauthorized charge made on June 19, 2026 be fully refunded as soon as possible and that any account, subscription, or automatic payment that may have been opened in my name without my knowledge be completely cancelled. I also expect assurance that my card will not be charged again without my explicit consent and, if possible, an explanation of how this transaction was created in the first place.
