My Drama App Charged Me Twice Without Consent After Weekly Subscription

28

Last week, I used the My Drama app by approving a weekly subscription. However, for this week, I did not give any approval or consent. Despite this, on February 16, 2026, I noticed that my Halkbank credit card was charged twice on the same day—$13 and $32—resulting in two separate unauthorized transactions.

I only approved the payment for last week’s usage and did not request or authorize any renewal or payment for this week. Therefore, I consider these charges of $13 and $32 to be unauthorized.

I request a full refund of both amounts that were charged without my permission and demand that no further renewals or charges be made to my card without my knowledge and explicit consent.
