My Steps Aren’t Converting to Sweatcoins in Sweat Wallet – I Need Help

I’ve been using the Sweat Wallet app and expected my daily steps to automatically convert into Sweatcoins, just as the app promises. However, my steps aren’t being converted at all, and nothing is showing up in my wallet. I’ve walked consistently, kept everything synced, and followed all the necessary steps—yet no coins are being added to my balance.

This issue defeats the entire purpose of the app. If I’m not being rewarded for my physical activity, then what’s the point of using it? I’ve waited and refreshed, even reinstalled the app, but nothing changes.
