I was browsing Mango’s website on April 10, 2026 to purchase a product, but even though I exited without confirming the order, the system still charged my saved card and completed the payment. Within 10 minutes, I immediately submitted a cancellation request. However, despite this, more than 7 hours later—around 8:30 PM—I received an email stating that the order could not be canceled due to its current status, which was listed as “shipment accepted.”
Even though I requested cancellation right away, they delayed the response and then refused my request, forcing me to deal with shipping unnecessarily. The order was not even in a “preparing” stage when I submitted the cancellation, yet they still did not allow it. Additionally, their website makes it extremely difficult to cancel orders manually.
I should not have to deal with return shipping for something I tried to cancel immediately. I did not request cancellation days later—I acted the moment I saw the order confirmation, which already shocked me since I had not approved the purchase. Mango’s delay caused this situation, not me. I have all records of this process and will file formal complaints if my issue is not resolved.
I request that my order be canceled without requiring me to handle shipping, and that my payment be fully refunded. I expect a fair resolution for this situation caused by Mango’s system and delayed response.
