ASICS Refund for Canceled Order Still Not Processed
I canceled an order on the ASICS website before it was even shipped and received an email the same day stating that the refund had been processed to my bank. However, days passed, and no refund appeared in my account. When I contacted customer service, I was provided with the same vague explanation about the refund being initiated.
I reached out to my bank, which confirmed that there is no pending refund in their system. Upon calling ASICS again, I was told my issue would be forwarded to another department for review, with a promise to resolve the matter that day. Unsurprisingly, neither the issue was resolved nor was I contacted.
If my refund is not processed by tomorrow, I will take legal action, as it feels like my money has been wrongfully withheld. This experience has been frustrating and unacceptable. ASICS must address this promptly.
