Swagbucks Did Not Credit SB After Reaching Required Game Level

Swagbucks clearly states on their official site that you will earn SB after reaching specific levels in certain games. I played one of these games and successfully reached the required level, but I still haven’t received the promised SB.

I’ve been waiting for quite some time, but there’s no sign of the credit. If there is any issue or error, I expect it to be corrected immediately, and the SB to be added to my account.

Swagbucks, this is unacceptable. Players invest time and effort based on your promises, and not delivering damages trust in your platform. Please resolve this issue promptly and ensure the SB is credited as advertised.
