Süvari Pants Quality Issues and Poor Customer Service

I've had enough of the Süvari brand. Their staff is not very skilled. I purchased two pairs of pants, and unfortunately, all the items I bought turned out to be defective. They are literally falling apart on me. When I went to the store for an exchange, the staff provided no assistance and only gave me vague and unhelpful responses. They lack a focus on finding solutions. Spending money on products from the local market is a better investment as they offer superior quality. Is this really supposed to be Süvari? Picture this.
