I have purchased products from the Lufian Adana store and online several times. A month ago, I went to Niğde and, seeing the store there, decided to buy the same pants I previously bought for my son because they were comfortable. While washing and ironing the pants, I noticed a small defect in the leg of one pair. Since I frequently travel to Adana, I took the defective item to the Adana store and explained the situation.
The female customer representative initially said it could be exchanged directly. She then called the store manager multiple times but received no answer, so we waited. When the manager finally called back, she explained the situation to him. The manager scolded the employee, asking, "Is this why you called me so many times?" Following this, the representative told us she could send the product for inspection, but we explained that this would be time-consuming and costly for us.
The store manager's failure to assist us and his inappropriate treatment of the employee revealed how poorly represented the store is. As a result, I have decided never to buy from this store again and to advise my friends and family to do the same. Although the store's products are of good quality, the service is severely lacking. Many of these stores sell defective products, but we can't always spot the defects immediately because we tend to buy quickly and leave. This experience has taught me a lesson to thoroughly inspect products before purchasing, and I will never buy from Lufian again.
