SurveyMonkey Shows False Pricing Before Checkout, Charges Far More

I have a complaint regarding the website https://www.surveymonkey.com/. When you review the pricing table before subscribing (screenshot attached below), it shows the monthly fee as approximately $2 and the yearly total as about $19. However, once you proceed to finalize your subscription and are redirected to the payment page, the total suddenly jumps from $19 to around $209.

If you think you have confirmed the correct price and unintentionally complete the payment without carefully reviewing the new total, you end up being charged 11 times more than what was originally stated. I believe this is more than just an error.
