Dear Surveoo Support Team, I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding my account. Recently, I noticed deductions of ₹40–₹50 from my Surveoo balance without any explanation or notification. Date(s) of deduction: 15/09/2025 Amount deducted: ₹150 (in multiple transactions of ₹40–₹50) My account email/ID: virend***@gmail.com I did not violate any rules, and I completed the surveys honestly. Despite this, my earnings were reduced without justification. This is highly disappointing and raises trust issues with the platform. I request: A clear explanation of why these deductions occurred. A refund of the wrongly deducted amount. Assurance that such deductions will not happen again. If I do not receive a resolution within 7 working days, I will have to escalate this issue to consumer complaint platforms and social media for awareness. Kindly look into this matter urgently.
