Surveoo PayPal Payout Stuck Pending and Support Not Responding
I have been using Surveoo for some time and have always received my payments quickly and without any issues. However, I am very disappointed with my most recent payout request and the lack of response from support. On 8 June 2026, I requested a £25 rewards payout to my PayPal account linked to my Surveoo profile under the email address dianew***[email protected]. Since then, the payment has been stuck in “pending/coming soon” status and has not been processed. This is unusual compared to my previous payouts, which were always paid promptly. During this period, I have contacted your helpline three times about this issue, but I have not received any reply or update at all. The combination of a delayed payment and no response from support is unacceptable and has significantly reduced my trust in the platform. I request that my £25 payout be processed to my PayPal account immediately and that I am informed about the reason for this delay so that this does not happen again.
I have been waiting since 8th June for my payment to be processed via PayPal. It's still pending. I have contacted you three times and have received no reply. This as certainly changed my opinion of your site and no longer trust you. I ask that you release my payment ASAP.
