Surveoo Withdrawal Stuck in Pending Status for Days

I am a Surveoo user from Indonesia, and I use the DANA application to receive my earnings from your platform. I have already made two successful withdrawals to DANA in the past, both of which were processed on the same day without any issues. However, my third withdrawal is now stuck in “pending” status. On 17 January 2026, I requested a withdrawal of approximately 350,486 IDR to my DANA account. While my previous withdrawals were processed quickly, this payment has been pending for three days and has not reached my DANA wallet. This situation makes me worried about the reliability and safety of my earnings on Surveoo. I could not find any clear contact information or support channel to ask about this delay, so I am writing this complaint to request help. I kindly ask you to urgently review my account and process this withdrawal immediately, or at least provide a clear explanation for the delay and confirm when the payment will be completed. I expect this payment to be processed as soon as possible, and I would like better communication and accessible customer support for such issues in the future.
