Surveoo Withdrawal Delayed With Payment Status Stuck on Coming Soon
I am using a payout service for Surveoo from the United Arab Emirates and I am experiencing a problem with my latest money withdrawal. On 14/05/2026, I requested a withdrawal in the amount of AED 81.679. Unlike my previous withdrawals, this payment has not been processed, and the payment date only shows “coming soon” without any further update. This situation is unusual because my last seven payments were never delayed, and all were processed without any issue. For this current withdrawal, there is no clear information about the reason for the delay, and I could not find any contact information to reach customer support or get an explanation. I kindly request that my pending payment of AED 81.679 be processed and paid immediately, or that I receive a clear and prompt explanation for the delay and a definite date when the payout will be completed. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
Same thing Dashboard shows "Pending" " Coming Soon"
Update — Day 16: Payment still pending. No response from Surveoo support despite multiple emails. This complaint is now linked to CPX Research / CPX Holding GmbH (Germany). If unresolved, I will escalate to DGCCRF (France) and German consumer protection authorities next week.Trust I hope that payment will be released immediately.
It's not good that even after 17 days, my payment still shows as "Pending" and "Processing." As I already mentioned, I have escalated this matter to the next level and filed a complaint with the DGCCRF today.
