I Just Want To Get Paid By Surveoo - Or Get Some Info

I am using a standard Surveoo account from Denmark and recently reached the withdrawal limit of 150 DKK. Shortly after midnight on the 21st, I pressed the “withdraw my money” button. The system confirmed that the money would come soon, but for the last 2–3 days, the status has remained “pending” with the note “payment date – soon,” without any further clarification. This is my first payout request from Surveoo, and I am also confused about how the payment will be made, as I do not remember providing my bank details. I sent a support request asking when I can expect a specific payment date and how the bank transfer will be carried out, but I have not received any response so far. I request that my 150 DKK be paid as soon as possible. If this is not possible, I would at least like a clear and prompt explanation of when I can expect to receive the payment and through which method it will be processed.
