SurveyLama Disabled My Account After I Requested a £30 Payout

My SurveyLama account linked to the email address paultech***@gmail.com was disabled today, 11 May 2026, shortly after I had been completing surveys in a row. I had requested a payout on Friday, 8 May 2026, and I currently have a balance of £30 that I am expecting to receive. After noticing that my account was disabled, I contacted SurveyLama support, but I have not yet received any response. I have not been given any clear reason for the sudden deactivation of my account, especially after a payout request, and this situation makes me worried about whether I will be paid the amount I have earned. I kindly request that my situation be reviewed, that I receive clear information about why my account was disabled, and that my pending balance of £30 be paid to me as soon as possible. If there has been a misunderstanding, I also ask that my account be reactivated so I can continue using the platform in a fair and transparent way.
