Sürat Kargo Gave Me Horrible Service and Lost My Package

I handed over a return package to Sürat Kargo on July 6. It was marked as delivered to the distribution center on July 12. However, when I called on July 16, I was told my package was lost. No one seemed to care until I inquired. They said they would inform me, but on July 19, I had to call again. I asked if I needed to file a report and was told I could. When I went to the Nazilli branch to file the report, there was no one available to help, and I was told to come back the next day. My work schedule doesn’t align, the branch is far from my home, and it’s very hot. I’m already the one suffering and now I have to cater to their convenience. When I mentioned I wouldn’t be in Nazilli the next day, they told me to come on Monday or Tuesday.

Additionally, I had another package to receive from Sürat Kargo. They claimed they called and I wasn’t home, so they sent the package back. I received a message in the morning and waited, but no one called. When I checked, there were no missed calls. The central office apologized when I called to complain but took no action. None of my issues have been resolved, and it’s frustrating that I have to keep following up. I’m sharing my experience so others don’t face the same problems. I know my issue won’t be resolved, and I’ve learned my lesson. I won’t use this company again or buy from places that do.
