I Never Received My 3 Packages Marked as Returned by Sürat Kargo

My three packages with tracking numbers 23613117429382, 49189792362298, and 89181109796926 have not reached me for weeks, and now they are marked as returned. I work at a large hospital right by the roadside, yet they falsely claimed they couldn’t find the recipient or the address. Sürat Kargo keeps doing this—whether it’s the Halkalı branch or another, I’m left disappointed every time. If even the headquarters can’t resolve this, it clearly shows the company’s negligence. I demand that this issue be resolved immediately and that the three packages be delivered to me again. I’ve already reported your actions on my social media accounts, on X, and to Presidential Communication Center. It’s a shame I’ve been dealing with this for two weeks. If this isn’t carelessness, then what is? It seems like you enjoy leaving people in such difficult situations.
