Sürat Kargo Lost My Trendyol Return Parcel




I requested a refund due to the tight fit of the boots purchased by my brother on the Trendyol website. With the refund code provided by Trendyol, I personally delivered the product to the specified courier branch on February 17, 2024. I handed over the product to the lady couriers with the return code, and they attached the barcode to the product using the system. When I asked if there was any further action needed, I was informed that providing the return code was sufficient. However, after some time passed, the other party claimed they didn't receive the product. I contacted the courier branch, and despite the two ladies who handled the process remembering me, I learned that my package was lost. During my discussions with the manager and staff at the branch on February 28, 2024, they assured me that they would contact the headquarters and provide me with information about the situation. However, a week passed without any updates. During my conversation on March 5, 2024, with the lady who processed my return at the branch, I found out she had left the branch and moved to another one. When I called again and spoke to the other lady, she informed me that there had been no progress on the matter and that the manager was on the phone and would call me back, but no one did. I request that my distress and loss be compensated by examining the camera recordings, whether it be the courier company or the staff.
