Sürat Kargo Employee Mocked Me When I Asked About My Delayed Package

I have a package at the Mardin Kızıltepe Sürat Kargo branch, and when I called to ask about it, they just said, "We forgot it here, we couldn’t bring it." I told them I was going to file a complaint, and they just laughed it off, saying, "He complained about me." It was really unprofessional, and they were super sarcastic the whole time we talked. I expected to be treated with respect as a customer, but I ended up feeling humiliated instead. I can't believe the way I was treated. It was disappointing, and I'm writing this complaint to point out the bad service and attitude I encountered. It's annoying that I have to deal with all this just to get my package.
