Sürat Kargo Marked My Order as Delivered Without Bringing It to My Home
The product I purchased through the Dolap app, with web order code 2468749693562038, was handed over to Sürat Kargo and arrived at the delivery branch. It stayed there for two days before being marked as delivered without ever reaching my home. Somehow, this happened without a delivery code, and during this time, the Dolap app also marked the product as received. I went to the Sürat Kargo Yunusemre branch, where the staff said, "We'll check and get back to you," but four days have passed, and they still haven't delivered my product. I demand that this branch and its staff be reviewed, the necessary actions be taken, and my product be delivered to me promptly. I also want to inform you that I will initiate legal action. I will not let this issue be swept under the rug and trust that senior management will resolve it.
