Sürat Kargo Delivery Delay - Package Stuck, No Response!

Once my delivery date had come and gone, I reached out to the Sürat Kargo branch to inquire about my package. According to their records, the package was last tracked in Afyon. Afterwards, I gave the Afyon branch a call, and they informed me that the vehicle had reached Afyon earlier in the day. However, unfortunately, my package was not among the items on board. I asked customer service to have the appropriate department give me a call. Even after making three calls, I still haven't received a response. I made another request, but unfortunately, I have yet to receive a call back. My package is still waiting to be loaded onto the vehicle in Afyon.
