Sürat Kargo Damaged My Hobby Collectible Toy During Delivery

The hobby collectible toy package I received through Sürat Kargo’s İzmir Çiğli branch was clearly damaged upon delivery. The package had significant deformations, and when I opened it, I saw that the toy was completely unusable. This toy holds both financial and sentimental value for me, worth around ₺400. I tried to contact the courier company, but I couldn’t file a complaint because I was unable to upload photos. It is unacceptable that my package was handled so carelessly and damaged this way. I request that my loss be compensated as soon as possible and that the amount I paid be refunded. I also expect necessary measures to be taken to prevent such issues from happening again.
