Agoda Refund Request Due To War Flight Cancelled

I made a prepaid, confirmed reservation through Agoda for a hotel stay for 10–11 October 2026, with reservation number 2056210961. However, due to the war situation, my flights were cancelled/changed and airport operations were suspended, which made it impossible for me to reach the hotel. On 10/10/2026 I informed Agoda/the hotel about this force majeure situation and requested a full refund of my prepaid booking. I also have airline emails from Gulf Air, including changes to my flights between Bahrain and Riyadh under confirmation code NPLKVR and flight GF163, which show that my travel plans were disrupted and I could not arrive as scheduled. Despite this, my full refund request has not been accepted. Considering that I could not use the reservation due to an extraordinary situation beyond my control and that I informed in time, I kindly request Agoda to process a full refund for reservation 2056210961 as soon as possible.
