Shipment Lost After Transfer Scan And No Updates
On November 13, I sent a package via Sürat Kargo from Tokat to Ankara with tracking number 83136224791228. In the system, it only appears as having arrived at the transfer center on November 13, and afterward no further action was taken—it's as if the package simply disappeared. I cannot obtain any information about where my shipment is, what happened to it, or its current status. During this process, I called customer service and the relevant departments many times, and countless tickets were created; yet no one called me back and no solution was provided. The complete lack of updates and the fact that the process was left unattended caused significant distress. Although the package may be worth less than ₺5,000 materially, it contained something with high sentimental value and professional importance for me. Due to this carelessness and indifference, I suffered considerable emotional and reputational damage. I request that my shipment be urgently located and delivered to the recipient; if this is not possible, I demand full compensation for my loss. I also request that Sürat Kargo be inspected for such irresponsibility and negligence, and that necessary measures be taken to prevent similar incidents in the future.
