English Home Order Arrived Damaged With Missing Deer Figurine From Sürat Kargo

I ordered products from English Home, which were delivered by Sürat Kargo Branch within two days. However, when I received the package, it was torn, and foam cartons were scattered inside. Upon opening the package, I found three of the four items I had ordered, but the box containing the deer figurine was torn, the foam mold inside was broken, and the figurine itself was missing. I work at an official institution, and I received and opened the package in front of the institution's cameras. I urgently request a refund or delivery of my missing item. Otherwise, I will file a complaint with the prosecutor's office. This situation cannot be considered an accident; I view it as outright theft. I will take all necessary legal steps to resolve this matter.
