Third Call: 04.05.2025, 10:06 I had to go to the new house for the modem number. When I called customer service, they began the relocation process but didn’t need the modem number. This inconsistency suggested different representatives had different access. The agent promised the process would be completed by the end of the day. Fourth Call: 05.05.2025, 10:30 The agent mentioned a 7-day wait for Turkish Telekom to set everything up, which should have been communicated earlier. I was also told, “If you know someone at Türk Telekom, call them to speed things up.” Fifth Call: 05.05.2025, 19:34 This agent was helpful and tried to assist me as best as possible. I appreciated the effort. Sixth Call: 06.05.2025, 16:11 This time, the agent extended the waiting period to 9 days, saying, “Once your internet is connected, you’ll be happy,” offering no help. As of now, my internet is still not connected. Despite my calls, I haven’t received a clear resolution. First, I was told to call two days before the move, then I was asked for the modem number unnecessarily, and the responses varied across different calls. When I asked why my modem number was requested, no clear explanation was given. I’m paying for the service, and your representatives are telling me to rely on personal connections at Turkish Telekom to speed up the process. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. If I’m paying for the service, it’s your responsibility to coordinate with the provider and resolve the issue. If you set an unrealistic deadline, customers expect the service to be delivered on time. As a software professional, I understand these processes, and I believe you should review the call logs.
