Superonline Left Me Without Internet for 12 Days with Only Automated Replies

I have not been able to get anyone from Turkcell Superonline for the past twelve days; my internet problem remains unresolved. The only reply I get is an automatic note claiming, "Work is ongoing due to a technical issue." For almost two weeks now, this has been the same message, no actual change or advancement. Every time I call customer assistance, the automated system indicates I will get additional information in a minute but nothing changes. For daily life and business, I depend on this service; hence, it is quite annoying to be left in the dark for such a lengthy period. Turkcell Superonline promised improved assistance and communication. I am disappointed with this state; I hope it will be corrected shortly.
