Superonline Did Not Complete My Internet Installation - Keeps Delaying for Days

Turkcell Superonline carried out work in our building three days ago, claiming the internet infrastructure was being changed, but they gave no prior notice. When it was finally my apartment’s turn, they said time was up and they'd return the next day—but that day never came. Still no internet, and repeated calls to customer service have led nowhere. We trust these big companies thinking they’ll provide solid service, but there’s no solution. Three days have passed, and the team is still working in the same building—just never showing up at my door. There’s no clear plan, no resolution—just delays. Turns out my address was listed under Superonline, but it was too late. They leave you no choice but to cancel your subscription. When I requested cancellation, they told me to first activate the line and then cancel it. How can you cancel something that was never properly installed? I just want a solution.
