Turkcell Superonline Charged Me a Cancellation Fee Despite No Infrastructure
I had to cancel the service I received from Turkcell Superonline because they didn't have infrastructure at my new address. They asked me for a few documents related to my new address and assured me that no cancellation fee would be charged. I sent the documents, received a confirmation message, but then got a bill with a cancellation fee added. When I called customer service, they asked for security information, only to tell me that my information had been deleted from their system and that I needed to visit a store. I went to a store, only to be told it had to be a Superonline store, and they didn't know the addresses. Later, they provided three addresses at the farthest corners of Istanbul. All of this feels like a strategy to make us give up and accept the cancellation fee.
Today it's been over a week, but there is neither a response nor any interest, as if mocking people, they reply here just to deceive them.
