Double Charged, No Internet, Turkcell Superonline's Deceptive Repairs
I use Turkcell Superonline internet service. I've had several internet disruptions and have requested technical assistance several times. I've been without internet for days on end. They charged me twice for technical service costs for faults in their own infrastructure without explaining why or blaming me. A claimed Superonline dealer assigned by Turkcell appeared for technical service but provided no information about what they were modifying or any fees they were charging. They carried out repairs without warning me of anything. Turkcell claims that I approved the terms of the technical service form that they required me to sign, despite the fact that I did not read the entire document. Conducting repairs without alerting the consumer and then charging fees is a significant violation of business ethics. How many times has Turkcell repeated this? May God never let me pass by their door again. I will pursue all legal avenues till the end.
