I Got Banned from SuperLive After a Friend Logged In

I’m writing to express my frustration with SuperLive after experiencing a completely unfair and unexpected access ban. A friend of mine logged into their account using my phone, and shortly after, their account was deleted due to some internal issue within the app. However, instead of just affecting their account, my phone’s IP address was blocked entirely, and now I can no longer access my own SuperLive account.
This is not my fault, and I find it unacceptable that I’m being punished for simply allowing someone else to use my phone. I have done nothing wrong, and yet I’m locked out of the platform without any explanation or warning.
I’m requesting that SuperLive immediately remove the IP-based restriction and restore my access to my account. I also urge your support team to review their policies and offer better solutions when these issues arise, instead of punishing innocent users.
