I Face Unfair Permanent Ban on Superlive Streaming Account Without Rule Violation

I am filing this complaint regarding an unjust permanent ban on my Superlive streaming account. On August 10, 2025, while hosting a live broadcast, my account received a 2-hour violation penalty. Then, on July 11, 2025, despite not committing any rule violations and only running a normal chat stream, my account (ID: 17829460) was permanently banned. I have no idea on what grounds this decision was made.

I attempted to contact Superlive customer service multiple times, but I received no response. My account had $12 in earnings, but my primary concern is to have my account reinstated. I use Superlive on my Android device and have previously received temporary violation penalties without reason, but this is the first time I have faced a permanent ban.

I demand an urgent investigation into this wrongful ban and request that my account be reactivated immediately. I expect a prompt resolution to prevent further unfair treatment.
