Supercell Support Not Resolving Missing Pro Pass Purchase
Today around noon, I purchased a Pro Pass in Brawl Stars using my Tosla virtual card for approximately $9. The payment was successfully deducted from my account, but the Pro Pass ticket was not added to my game account.
After noticing the issue, I contacted both Tosla and the in-game support team. Tosla stated that the problem was not on their side. The Supercell in-game support team asked me to provide an invoice from my Supercell purchase history, but the transaction does not appear there at all. So the money has been taken, but the product I paid for has not been delivered, leaving me completely stuck.
I am requesting either the Pro Pass ticket I paid for to be added to my account, or a full refund of the $9 that was charged.
