Hello, today I purchased the Brawl Pass in Brawl Stars, which advertised several rewards, including a new character and an exclusive skin. While I received the other promised items, the character and skin were not delivered. These were the primary reasons I decided to buy the pass, so this issue is incredibly frustrating.

I expect the promised rewards to be provided as stated in the description. If this is a system error or oversight, I kindly request that it be resolved promptly. I invested in the Brawl Pass specifically for these rewards, and not receiving them feels unfair. Please address this issue as soon as possible to ensure customer satisfaction.
