On November 1, 2025, I purchased the Gold Pass and an additional $1 in-game item for Clash of Clans through the Supercell Store using my Tosla physical card from Balıkesir. A total of $5 was charged to my card (receipt/transaction number: 133896450). The payment was made through my Clash of Clans account “Ertuğrul” (email: z***@gmail.com).
However, neither the Gold Pass nor the additional content was delivered, and no refund was issued. I contacted Supercell Support, and they told me to request a refund or file a dispute through my bank. It has been nearly two weeks, and still no refund has been processed, and I no longer want the product. I am requesting a full refund of the amount I paid.

If necessary, initiation of a chargeback process for this transaction and written confirmation provided to me
