Although my deposits are usually quite high—1,000, 2,000, and even 3,000 TL—none of my bonus requests have been approved during this time. Every time I apply, I’m told that my bonus rate is already high, and my requests are rejected. However, I can only receive a bonus twice a week, and only when I make a deposit.
I’ve been unable to benefit from the weekly loss bonus and the Telegram weekend deposit bonus at all. I reached out to customer service multiple times, both through live chat and email, but I only receive pre-written, automated messages without any real explanation.
