Sunshine Holiday Resort Fails to Enforce 13+ Swim-Up Pool Policy

On August 14, we checked into a room booked through Tatilsepeti at Sunshine Holiday Resort Hotel Ovacık, advertised as a "swim-up 13+" room. We specifically chose this room and paid a premium rate expecting a quieter, child-free pool area due to the 13+ designation.

However, when we tried to access the pool from our room, we saw children under the age of 13 right outside our balcony and throughout the surrounding area. Having young children in the pool section of a room sold as 13+ completely violated the promises made to us and ignored our expectations.

When we reported the issue to both hotel management and booking representatives, they told us they couldn't control the children and were unable to help us. This unhelpful attitude made us feel completely dismissed as customers. Paying extra for a room labeled 13+ only to have the rule go unenforced—coupled with a complete lack of constructive support—was deeply disappointing.

I demand that Tatilsepeti and the hotel adopt a more cooperative and positive line of communication, demonstrate a truly solution-oriented approach, and strictly enforce the 13+ room/pool policy. We want to receive what we paid for, have our choices respected, and enjoy a quiet vacation as promised.
