Suno Account and Songs Suddenly Disappear

Suno Account and Songs Suddenly Disappear

I have been using the Suno app for months to turn my poems into songs. I initially used the service for free, and then on June 2, I started a one-month paid subscription, during which I created songs from at least 200 of my poems. Although I canceled my subscription on June 17 before it expired, I was still able to use my account without any problems from that point onward.

Until two days ago, I could log into my account using my email address R**@gmail.com without any issues and view all of the songs I had created from my poems. However, when I opened the app this morning, I was suddenly shown the “Subscribe” screen intended for new users, as if I had never had an account. None of my previous songs or other work associated with my account is visible anymore.

I want my original account to remain intact, with all of the songs I previously created restored and all of my work associated with the account made available again. I request that Suno investigate this issue and quickly restore access to my account and all of my previously created songs and projects.
