I've Had SunExpress Password Issues for Over a Year—No Help from Support

I have been experiencing password issues with SunExpress for over a year now. Every time I try to access my account, I run into problems that prevent me from logging in. Whenever I contact customer service to report the issue, they abruptly end the conversation without providing a solution. It's extremely frustrating to be constantly told that they are "updating their systems" while my problem remains unresolved. I'm very dissatisfied with the service I've received. I hope SunExpress completes their system updates promptly and resolves the issues they've caused their customers. I've even attached an example where the company terminated the chat while we were still discussing my problem. SunExpress needs to address these ongoing issues immediately.
