SunExpress Website and SunPriority Program Not Working for Months

I have been trying to use SunExpress’s website and the SunPriority program for a long time, but neither has been working for approximately 6–8 months. Whenever I try to access the website or the program, the systems do not load at all, I am unable to complete any transactions, and I cannot benefit from the services.
When I contacted customer service about this issue, I was told that they had no information about the problem, and no solution was offered. Both the fact that these technical issues have continued for such a long time and the lack of attention or support have been extremely frustrating.
I request that SunExpress urgently fix the issues with its website and the SunPriority program, restore the systems to full and reliable functionality, and stop ignoring the inconvenience and hardship I have experienced during this process.
