SunExpress Refund Request Over Sun Premium Check-in Mishap


On January 12, 2025, I had a SunExpress flight at 09:25 AM with reservation number PNR X6699J. I purchased a Premium ticket, which explicitly included a meal. However, during the flight, the crew informed me that my meal had not been loaded onto the plane.
This oversight caused significant inconvenience, and I am deeply disappointed that such a reputable airline could make this kind of mistake. Premium tickets are sold with the promise of added comfort and services, and failing to deliver on those promises is unacceptable.
I request compensation for this issue and an explanation of how such errors are being addressed to ensure they don’t happen again. Please resolve this matter promptly to rectify the inconvenience caused.
